His son, Ramgopal Ji Bhagirth Chouhan, known as the ‘Father of Indian Rope Industry,’ introduced innovative workplace practices, including apprenticeships, childcare, and medical assistance. His forward-thinking policies included pension, provident funds, maternity benefits, and accident compensation, enriching employees’ lives and reflecting our commitment to positive change.
